Once the hunt is over, you'll return to Alba for a 2-hour seminar with your truffle hunter, who is a member of the Italian National Truffle Association. During the seminar, you'll learn theoretical concepts and practical exercises to enhance your sensory evaluation and appreciation of truffles. Afterward, you'll have free time in Alba before heading back to Benevello.

Today, depart with a private driver to La Morra, located 30 minutes from Benevello. It is a picturesque commune surrounded by vineyards and historic castles. Upon arrival, go to a local farmhouse and winery for a cooking experience. Meet the farmhouse Mama, who will provide you with an apron and menu. With her help, prepare a Piemonte meal including a starter, first course, second course, and dessert. Mama will guide you throughout the process. Afterward, enjoy a lunch consisting of the meal you just prepared. Finally, transfer back to Benevello.
