Upon your arrival at the airport, a Meet and Greet assistant will welcome you for added comfort. They'll be waiting outside of customs with a sign displaying your name. Your assistant will then help you coordinate with your private driver and accompany you to your hotel for check-in. To get familiar with Edinburgh's Old Town, the best option is to explore the exhilarating Royal Mile. This main thoroughfare consists of interconnected cobblestone streets that extend from Edinburgh Castle to Holyrood Palace. Along the Royal Mile, you'll find a wide range of eateries, tartan souvenir shops, historic landmarks, and various museums to discover. In your final trip documents, we will provide you with the ideal route for a self-guided exploration of The Royal Mile, ensuring you cover all points of interest. Whether you're interested in visiting palaces or whisky shops, this legendary path through Old Town has much to offer.

EDINBURGH

Start your full-day tour in Edinburgh with a private guide and transportation from your hotel. Explore the city's historic old town and visit the iconic Edinburgh Castle, perched on Castle Rock. EDINBURGH TO ST ANDREWS

Today you will embark on a full day tour to St Andrews and its scenic surroundings in the county of Fife, accompanied by a private driver-guide. Located 1.5 hours northeast of Edinburgh, this coastal area still holds significance in fishing. However, the main attraction for most visitors is St Andrews itself. Known as Scotland's oldest university town and home to the world-famous Royal and Ancient Golf Club, it offers a charming historic old town to explore. Here, you will find two well-preserved medieval gates - the West Port and the Sea Yett. Additionally, the oldest church in St Andrews, the Holy Trinity, which dates back to 1144, showcases a beautifully restored medieval exterior. As part of your tour, you will also have the opportunity to visit the cliff-top ruins of St Andrews Castle from the 16th century, as well as the astonishing graveyard and ruins of the 12th-century Cathedral of St Andrew. ST ANDREWS TO ABERDEEN

Your driver-guide will take you across the River Tay in Dundee, where you will visit Glamis Castle, the ancestral home of the Earls of Strathmore. This castle has a rich history of over 600 years, and locals are eager to share the fascinating stories and secrets that surround it. Next, you will head to Aberdeen, making a stop at Dunnottar Castle in Stonehaven. The castle's remarkable ruins are perched on cliff tops overlooking the North Sea, and offer a variety of areas to explore, including barracks, lodgings, stables, and storehouses.
