Upon your arrival at the airport, a Meet & Greet assistant will be waiting for you outside customs. They will have a sign with your name on it to easily identify them. Embark on a half-day trip to the Palace of Versailles, a UNESCO World Heritage site. With a rich history dating back to 1038, the palace was once the official residence of the Kings of France. Originally used as a hunting lodge by Louis XIV, it later transformed into a masterpiece of French classical architecture. Your private driver-guide and vehicle will take you to Audrieu, with a detour to explore Giverny. Giverny is famous for being the home and gardens of Claude Monet, where he lived and painted for 43 years. The lily ponds in Giverny were a constant inspiration for Monet and can be seen in many of his paintings. After visiting Giverny, you'll resume your transfer to Audrieu.

Start your full-day tour of Normandy’s D-Day Beaches by meeting your private driver-guide at your hotel. Follow in the footsteps of the Allies during World War II as you retrace the events of June 6, 1944, known as _The Longest Day_. Along the way, take in the charm of the small villages that can be found throughout the Normandy countryside.

Begin your tour in Arromanches, where you can explore the remains of the artificial harbor that was built during the Second World War. Now home to the D-Day Landing Museum, this site offers a glimpse into the history of the war. Next, visit Omaha Beach, the location of some of the most intense fighting during World War II. This beach was featured in the opening scenes of the film _Saving Private Ryan_ directed by Steven Spielberg. Learn about the brave soldiers from the 1st, 2nd, and 29th Infantry Divisions who landed on this beach on D-Day, facing numerous obstacles.

Just a short distance from Omaha Beach is the American Military Cemetery, a place of solemn remembrance. Here, you will find the graves of 9,386 American soldiers. Take a moment to reflect in the peaceful and serene atmosphere of this vast cemetery. Explore the graves of the unknown soldiers, including the resting places of the Niland brothers, who served as inspiration for Spielberg's _Saving Private Ryan_.

Please keep in mind that WWII-themed day tours can be personalized to your specific interests or experiences. Any additional entrance fees for optional sites, such as the D-Day Museum or the Caen Memorial, will be paid locally. Feel free to discuss these options with your guide during the tour.

Embark on a tour of World War II sites, focusing on important locations for the US. Start at Sainte Mere L'Eglise, where thousands of paratroopers landed behind Utah Beach to assist with the seaborne landings. The town's church commemorates these landings with stained-glass windows. Move on to Utah Beach, the first beach secured by the Allies during Operation Overlord. It is famous for its light casualties and the leadership of Theodore Roosevelt Jr, son of the President. Explore La Madeleine, the center of the Utah landings, to see German bunkers and Allied equipment. Pointe du Hoc, with its heavy artillery battery, posed a threat to both Utah and Omaha Beaches. Witness the long and difficult battle to overpower it. Finally, visit La Cambe, a solemn cemetery for over 21,000 German soldiers who died following Hitler's orders. Please note that entrances to sites are payable on the spot, as these tours can be tailored to personal interests.

Embark on a full-day trip to the renowned Mont Saint Michel in France, accompanied by a private vehicle and an English-speaking driver-guide. The abbey, dating back to 708 AD, served as an important pilgrimage site during the medieval era. Its architecture is breathtaking, the location enchanting, and the village charming. As you approach the fairytale-like Mont Saint Michel after a 2.5-hour drive through historic Normandy, it appears almost as if it is floating in mid-air. Upon arrival, explore the Gothic and Norman Romanesque abbey, which stands tall at 260 feet and overlooks the village. Ascend the stone steps to the monastery, wander through the intricate chambers, and admire the stunning lighting and surroundings. Immerse yourself in the medieval ambiance of the village before concluding the day in Audrieu.

Take a private transfer from Audrieu to the Bayeux train station, which will take approximately 15 minutes.

Catch a train from Bayeux to Paris, with a travel time of around 2 hours.

Experience the world-famous Moulin Rouge with your private driver, where you'll enjoy a dinner and the spectacular _Feerie_ show. This show features 80 artists, including 60 _Doriss Girls_ from around the world, and is accompanied by stunning costumes adorned with vibrant feathers, glittering rhinestones, and shining sequins, all designed in renowned Parisian workshops. Admire the magnificent sets and backgrounds, exclusively created by renowned Italian artists, while indulging in a three-course meal and half a bottle of wine per person. At the end of the show, your private transfer will take you back to your hotel.
