Day 1

ANTANANARIVO

Upon reaching Antananarivo, your driver-guide or guide will meet you at the arrival hall with a sign displaying your name. They will be waiting for you after you complete the visa on arrival procedures, passport control, and collect your baggage.

Once you meet your guide, they will provide you with a welcome package that includes maps and other information, and then transfer you to your hotel.

It is important to note that a visa is required for entry into Madagascar. This can be obtained upon arrival. For stays of up to 15 days, there is a $10.00 USD fee per person. For stays of up to 30 days, the visa fee is $36.00 USD per person and must be paid in cash.

Day 2

ANTANANARIVO TO ANTSIRANANA - DIEGO-SUAREZ

You will be provided with a private transfer between the airport and your accommodation in Antananarivo.

Take a flight from Antananarivo to Antsiranana, Diego-Suarez, which will last approximately two hours.

There are specific luggage restrictions for this flight. Each person is allowed up to 20kg (44lb) of checked luggage, with the bag not exceeding a total of 158cm (62 inches). Additionally, you are allowed one carry-on bag weighing a maximum of 6kg (13lb), which must not exceed 115cm (45 inches).

In the afternoon, enjoy a guided hike along a pristine beach in Antsiranana. Discover a series of stunning turquoise bays with long white beaches, each with unique names like the Pigeons, Dunes, and Sakalava Bay. The combination of soft, powdery sand and crystal-clear warm water creates a truly picturesque and surreal location, perfect for relaxation. Let your guide know if you would like to spend time sunbathing or swimming in the ocean, and enjoy this tropical paradise at your own pace.

ANTSIRANANA - DIEGO-SUAREZ

Experience a guided tour of the Bay of Diego on the Indian Ocean. Start by heading to Antsiranana and board the boat for a day of exploration on the Emerald Sea. Interact with local fishermen to learn about their way of life and the marine wildlife in the area. Enjoy a snorkeling adventure before relaxing in the tropical sun. The fishermen will prepare a delicious meal from their daily catch for you to enjoy.

ANTSIRANANA - DIEGO-SUAREZ TO AMBER MOUNTAINS

Antsiranana, Diego-Suarez to Amber Mountain National Park offers a private transfer with a duration of approximately one hour and 30 minutes.

Embark on a half day tour of Amber Mountain National Park today. This sanctuary is located 20 km from the port and is home to lemurs and picturesque waterfalls. It is known for its biodiversity, with 75 bird species, 25 mammal species, and 59 reptile species, including leaf-tailed geckos. Trek through the park with a private guide and spot fascinating creatures like ring-tailed mongoose, fossa, and the world's smallest chameleon.

Day 5

AMBER MOUNTAINS TO ANKARANA RESERVE

Madagascar's stunning landscapes and unique geological formations, such as the Red Tsingy, are just as captivating as its endemic wildlife. These rust-colored pinnacles are exclusive to northern Madagascar and offer a mesmerizing experience. Marvel at the various shades of soil and learn about the tsingy formation process during this private guided tour. Afterward, you will be privately transferred back to your accommodation. Additionally, a three-hour private transfer from Amber Mountain National Park to Ankarana Reserve is included.

ANKARANA RESERVE

Embark on a guided tour of Madagascar's extraordinary landscape, specifically the unique Tsingys of the Ankarana Reserve. With your guide by your side, traverse the challenging terrain to witness the renowned Jurassic Limestone Tsingy, which have existed for 150 million years. This moon-like scenery is home to vast underground caves and river systems that extend for hundreds of kilometers. As you explore the reserve's endemic forests, be on the lookout for the diverse wildlife that calls this area home. A transfer service is available from Ankarana Reserve to Ankify, taking approximately five hours. Similarly, a boat transfer is provided from Ankify to Nosy Be, with a transfer time of around 45 minutes. Additionally, a private transfer service is offered between the airport and your accommodation in Nosy Be.

Nosy Be is renowned for its beautiful beaches, but it also offers opportunities to explore Malagasy culture and wildlife. Take a guided tour of the island to discover its treasures. Visit Lemuria Land, a natural reserve with ylang ylang trees and unique Madagascan creatures. Interact with lemurs and learn about other species exclusive to this area.
